No notice fixes where ि goes. SIL's Remington GAIL keyboard types ि after its consonant; typewriter-trained typists put it first, and this test follows them. No official GAIL specification says which order an exam console expects, so if your exam offers a mock test, as CPCT does, try ि there before exam day.

Common Remington GAIL Mistakes
What the test types when the order slips.
- ि after the consonant, Inscript-style: d f l gives कसि, not किस. Press f first.
- Shift+Z before its letter: / k Shift+Z e gives र्धम; धर्म is / k e Shift+Z.
- An unfinished half letter: [ alone stays ख् and joins the next consonant.

- Watching gross speed only: net WPM here subtracts weighted mistakes (full 1, half 0.5) per minute.
